This new ground-up Free-Standing Emergency Department includes a 10,500 SF facility that includes 10 exam rooms, X-ray, and CT rooms. The site package includes retention ponds and clearing/grading for future healthcare development including a future medical office building. The densely wooded site required full clearing and significant import fill as part of establishing the building pad. The masonry and steel structure includes a combination of split-face block and stucco. Despite the significant sitework, the project is still being delivered in under 10 months.
