25,000 sq.ft. 16-bed behavioral health addition. This project also included a brand new Central Energy Plant (CEP), which replaced the existing and outdated CEP, a PHP horizontal addition and an interior renovation along with a corridor and anti-ligature division 10 upgrades throughout the center. Special consideration was given to our ICRA tool management including phasing and coordination of underground plumbing and above ceiling MEP modifications on all projects due to existing patients and support staff. This project occurred while the center remained fully operational.
