The renovation covered 1,685 sq.ft. and involved enhancing finishes in 36 patient rooms, along with installing new finishes and fixtures in patient bathrooms. DD managed an 18-phase schedule, turning over two bedrooms every 5 days. The project adhered to Level 4 ICRA requirements and was executed while the hospital remained fully operational.
