The Palm Point Behavioral Health project utilized the same design as a previous project, the Coral Coast Behavioral Health facility, allowing the team to secure permits and begin earthwork within 40 days of initial contact from the owner. Construction commenced within 75 days, enabling UHS to avoid filing for a CON extension. The facility was designed and constructed to accommodate a future 40-bed vertical expansion without impacting existing patient rooms or amenities.
