Completed a portfolio of 8 ground-up interior conversions of former retail stores into immediate care clinics for ArchWell Health across Philadelphia. Locations include Melrose, Olney, Germantown, Bridesburg, Cobbs Creek, Strawberry Mansion, Tacony, and Modena Park. Each project involved full interior and exterior renovations, including complete structural refurbishment, and new sewer and water utility tie-ins.
