45,700 sq. ft. build-out of two floors within the existing patient tower shell space that added 64 private patient rooms and support space. Project features include 16 rooms with ceiling mounted patient lifts, telemetry capabilities on both floors, Cerner Smart Room infrastructure construction with high-end finishes and casework details. Construction took 6.5 months. To minimize disruption to the existing facility operations, an exterior tower-mounted temporary elevator was utilized.
