The Naples Dodge dealership, DeAngelis Diamond’s first ever project, was constructed with open bar joists and exposed metal ductwork. Project features included stunning marble floors in the sales area and tiled floors in the service area. The service area was a pre-engineered building with overhead doors auto lifts. This project also included an automated car wash facility. The later service bay addition consisted of an 8,700 sq.ft. pre-engineered metal building with associated plumbing, electrical and fire alarm upgrades. The site work portion of this project included 3.5 acres of new parking which included site utilities, paving, landscaping and new site lighting.
