A 1,700 sq. ft. guard house for the Miromar Lakes community. Construction included concrete and masonry, with wood trusses and a concrete tile roof. This serves as the main entrance to Miromar Lakes Beach & Golf Club, a residential waterfront resort featuring over 700 acres of connected aquamarine freshwater lakes, three miles of private white sandy beach, and “Signature” championship golf, all within a luxurious setting.
