This project included the complete renovation of the existing 2nd floor behavioral health unit, along with renovations within the existing 1st floor ED that were designated for psychiatric intake. The scope of work for the behavioral health unit included new MEP systems, partitions, ceilings and finishes. The scope of work for the ED included minor demolition, minor MEP revisions, hard ceiling installations within the psychiatric intake rooms and finish upgrades within the entire space. This project occurred while the medical center remained fully operational.
