This project consists of the ground-up construction of a two (2) story, 15,652 SF spa and wellness center on a currently vacant parking lot site. Scope includes new building construction with full structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, interior buildout and finishes for spa and wellness use, and construction of a new outdoor lap pool with associated decking and mechanical equipment. Site work includes landscaping, drainage, and utility improvements to support the completed facility.
