DeAngelis Diamond served as the Program Manager for the all-new addition to the Blakeford at Green Hills community. This addition included 51 new independent living units, a 20,000 sq. ft. memory care unit, and major renovation work across a majority of the existing common spaces within the community. Our team assisted the owner in solicitation and management of the design team, general contractor, and support consultants from the initial concept, final design, construction, and closeout of the project.
