We are on the hunt for an outstanding Warranty Manager to join our team. If you are an experienced Warranty Manager with a passion for construction, and an insane need and desire to be part of building great projects, then please read on! 

What you'll be doing:
  • Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills to clients that align with DeAngelis Diamond’s Core Values and Mission.
  • Manage and Schedule subcontractors, equipment, and materials for warranty claims.
  •  Read and interpret construction documents including project drawings, contracts, and product submittals.
  • Manage and document warranty issues from origination by the client, through the life cycle of claim and successful completion achieving client satisfaction.
  • Assist project teams in the turnover process from construction to warranty including client walks and material training.

  • Detail-oriented mindset with a positive “can-do” attitude.
  • Outstanding communicator: able to synthesize complex information into simple, actionable insights and ability to communicate technical building processes with construction and nonconstruction team members equally.
  • Committed to a superior customer experience.
  • Entrepreneurial team player who can multitask.
  • Willingness and aptitude to become proficient in DeAngelis Diamond warranty software including Buildr, Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft, etc.
  • Knowledge of building materials, systems, and construction project management preferably within our market projects.
  • Strong personal integrity and has the highest ethical standards.
  • Able to function in a positive, friendly, high-energy, and collaborative environment.
