South Seas Spa & Fitness includes a two-level spa and fitness facility built above a ground-level enclosed golf cart parking area. The total building area is approximately 31,600 sq. ft., along with associated site improvements.

Soleil Captiva Phase 1 features two buildings: The Crown and the 1800 Building. The Crown is 96,250 sq. ft. across four levels with 35 condo-hotel units and 25,000 sq. ft. floor plates, while the 1800 Building is 99,530 sq. ft. across four levels with 66 condo-hotel units and 29,000 sq. ft. floor plates.
