This project included the demolition of existing ice tanks and the installation of a new 700,000 gallon chilled water storage tank. The new tank features an eco-friendly Glycol chilled water system. The project also included changing out all of the internal piping in the existing Central Energy Plant and air handlers, and replacing the roof, gutters and downspouts.
