17,000 sq. ft. clubhouse, mail kiosk, gazebo and a maintenance building to serve the community. The clubhouse is roughly 12,000 sq.ft. and consists of a catering kitchen, 3 activity rooms, a game room and an outdoor veranda for outside activities and seating. The Gazebo is the focal point of the event lawn and is set-up to host live music and other varieties of entertainment. The mail kiosk was built to serve as the main point of mail delivery to the development. This particular building has nearly 2,000 mailboxes under roof. The maintenance building is used to house the caretaker’s tools and golf cart.
