A 9,100 sq. ft. renovation of existing pre-1970s OB/GYN space to create new accounting and billing offices, along with support space. As part of the relocation of business staff from the Main Plaza Building in downtown Sarasota, this project had a critical completion schedule. Situated in one of the oldest sections of the hospital, the project was completed in accordance with an expedited timeline.
