DeAngelis Diamond successfully led the transformation of a former Chinese restaurant into Create It Studio—a vibrant, tech-forward creative hub purpose-built for content creation and live entertainment. The project included complete interior demolition of existing partitions, doors, ceilings, and finishes, followed by a full build-out to deliver a dynamic, multi-functional space.
Now home to six state-of-the-art studios, Create It Studio is equipped for podcasting, video production, music recording, editing, and mixing—all offered at accessible pricing. The facility features soundproof podcast booths, video and music production rooms, and immersive LED stages. Designed to adapt, the studio effortlessly transforms from a professional production environment into a high-energy venue for live performances, underground showcases, and creative competitions.
