This project consisted of the ground up construction of an all-new 460,000 sq. ft. multifamily complex, the first, in the Babcock Ranch community. Canopy features 373-living units across ten, four-story buildings. New residents can enjoy a wide arrange of amenities from a private clubhouse, pool, outdoor grilling, and both indoor and outdoor lounge spaces.
