We think our approach is a little bit different than what you might expect and you'll appreciate the difference from the very beginning. First of all, it is your project and your team. We accept the role as General Contractor/Construction Manager.

The Project Schedule

Our aim is to consistently finish on time or ahead of deadlines. We utilize state-of-the-art scheduling software, in concert with our years of experience and that of our project managers, superintendents and selected subcontractors to create extremely detailed schedules. There are daily critical-path charts for our superintendents and clients appreciate easy-to-read weekly time-line bar graphs.

Our clients notice a difference from the very beginning as we place intense importance on communication during every phase and attention to even the most mundane details. Even our estimating process is different. We use the industry's most advanced construction estimating and accounting software, and a past-project data base that yields accurate, detailed, line-item budgets and analysis early in the design stage.
