The Project Schedule

Our aim is to consistently finish on time or ahead of deadlines. We utilize state-of-the-art scheduling software, in concert with our years of experience and that of our project managers, superintendents and selected subcontractors to create extremely detailed schedules. There are daily critical-path charts for our superintendents and clients appreciate easy-to-read weekly time-line bar graphs.

Even our estimating process is different. We use the industry's most advanced construction estimating and accounting software, and a past-project data base that yields accurate, detailed, line-item budgets and analysis early in the design stage.
