LEED APPROACH

If sustainability is one of your goals, DeAngelis Diamond has six LEED Accredited Professionals on staff, capable of leading the project team to final certification.

In pre-construction, DeAngelis Diamond will work with the designer to make sure certain materials are selected and provide budget information to the owner as the design evolves. This information will allow the team to make informed decisions on material and equipment selections.

During construction, DeAngelis Diamond will implement the required IAQ goals to comply with specific credits. Another important responsibility of the Construction Manager is to collect information for the material and equipment used on the project for the submission process. When all data is collected and the project has been submitted, DeAngelis Diamond will follow up on the credits as they are approved and complete the process of commissioning after the project has achieved a certificate of occupancy.
