Norman Gentry is a native Floridian and grew up in Pompano Beach on Florida's Gold Coast. Norman attended the University of Florida and earned a Bachelor of Science  in Building Construction graduating with High Honors. Norman moved to Naples in 1996 and joined DeAngelis Diamond in 1998 as an Estimator/Project Manager and became a partner in 2004. He is a State of Florida Certified General Contractor, and is also a LEED Accredited Professional with the United States Green Building Council.

Norman is a skilled leader with an intense passion and focus on exceeding client expectations. With more than 25 years of experience in the construction industry, Norman combines his deep knowledge, extensive experience, and client first approach to manage the success and price value of  DeAngelis Diamond’s projects. In addition to providing daily leadership to our team, he regularly conducts quality reviews of critical aspects of projects including  job progress, schedule adherence, quality control, and financial reviews.

Norman is involved with numerous community organizations including:  Naples Chamber of Commerce,  Leadership Collier,  and various Building Industry Associations.  He is also an avid supporter of many charities including the Salvation Army, Goodwill, The Shelter for Abused Women and Children, Children's Advocacy Center of Collier County, Gateway Community Outreach, and St Matthew's House.

Norman lives in Naples with his wife of 18 years and their three daughters. He is an active member of First Baptist Church Naples where he volunteers in the youth ministry and many other outreach programs.
